2. Shipping Locations & Delivery Estimates
Target Destination: We specialize in secure delivery to all addresses within the United States.Fulfillment Route: Items are shipped directly from our international fulfillment centers via reliable logistics partners (including USPS, DHL, and FedEx).Estimated Shipping Time: Delivery to the United States typically takes 7 to 14 business days after the order has been processed.Please note: Total delivery time equals processing time plus shipping time. Total expected time from checkout to doorstep is 9 to 18 business days.
3. Tracking Your Order
Every order includes a comprehensive tracking number. As soon as your items ship, an automated email with a direct tracking link will be sent to you. Tracking details can take 24–48 hours to update in the carrier's live database system.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For the vast majority of our fashion and jewelry items shipped to the United States, customers will not face additional customs duties or import fees.In the rare event that customs duties, import fees, or localized taxes are levied by the carrier or US border authorities, these fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Shop Jule does not collect or cover these external fees.
5. Address Corrections & Missing Deliveries
Customer Responsibility: Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Lost or Missing Packages: If your tracking link shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local US post office or carrier immediately. Shop Jule is not responsible for packages stolen or misplaced post-delivery.
