You have 30 days from the date your item was marked as delivered by the carrier to request a return.To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the exact condition they were received.All original tags, packaging, and protective materials must be perfectly intact. Jewelry must be in its original presentation box.

2. ⁠Strict Exemptions & Non-Returnable Items
To maintain fairness and sustain our business operations, the following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:Promotional Offer Exclusion: Any items or special offers acquired through promotions that are 100% off (fully free) with paying shipping charges only are completely final sale. These items are strictly ineligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit.

Hygiene Restrictions: Due to strict health and sanitation regulations, earrings, pierced body jewelry, and intimate apparel cannot be returned once opened or handled.

Gift Cards: Digital gift card purchases are completely non-refundable.

3. The Return Process:

To initiate a return, contact our support team at your store email address with your order number and full name. Do not mail items back to the address listed on your original package. Our automated international fulfillment centers cannot process returns, and your item will be lost. We will provide you with a specific, designated return address.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs from your original order are completely non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service; we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds and Processing Timelines

Once your return package is delivered to our designated address and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notifying you of approval or rejection.If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method.Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your banking institution or credit card provider to officially post the refund credit to your statement.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.If an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.Include clear, high-resolution photographs and a brief video highlighting the defect.
