Clearance or Final Sale:

* All CLEARANCE or SALE items are FINAL Sale items.

All returned items must be sent back within 14 business days upon receiving the order. Anything received after 14 business days will be denied. If the return is denied, you will be responsible to call and pay for the shipping back to you. You will have 30 business days to claim the denied return or it will be forfeited. We do not issue refunds or cover any shipping costs. After receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) for any sign of wear or use and credit your account.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges because we can't guarantee the size you need will be in stock by the time we get your return back.

Damaged Item(s): If you have received a damaged item, you have 3 business days (including weekends) to contact us about the damage. Email with pictures and a description of the damage, also be sure to include your order number which can be found in your account.

Received Wrong Item(s): If we have sent you the wrong item by mistake, we will cover the return shipping and send out the correct item.

Non-Returnable Items: There are certain items that cannot be accepted, the following are non-returnable.

  • Clearance/Final Sale Items

  • Hats (Due to hygenic purposes)

  • Washed, used items or if the tags have been removed

  • Items returned that are over the 14 business days allotted

Store Credit: WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT, NO REFUNDS. Once you are issued your store credit, it will expire in exactly one year of the issue date, so be sure you use it.


Processing Time: Once we receive your return it can take 3-5 business days for it to be processed and for the store credit to be applied to your customer account. Be sure to make a customer account before sending it back. You will be emailed by our returns department once your store credit is issued to that customer account.


Steps to Return Items:

  • Make sure all of the items you are returning follow the guidelines of our return policy

  • Make sure to create a customer account (if you did not do this at checkout, check your email with the instructions on how to set your password)

  • Go to your account and process your return request there

  • Ship back using whichever shipping method you prefer, since you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs (we do not cover shipping costs) We also recommend keeping your tracking number.

  • Please allow 3-5 business days from receiving your return for your return to be processed
